Award-winning Australian composer Nerida Tyson-Chew brings a distinct warmth and creative ingenuity to her work. Privileged to study under some of Hollywood's finest composers, Nerida’s work has been recognised with numerous awards and nominations over her more than 20 year career. Her Australian Screen Composer Awards include Feature Film Score of the Year, Best Music for a TV Series, Best Music for a Children’s Series and Best Music for a Telemovie and Mini-Series.
Some of Nerida’s diverse credits are L'apprenti Père Noël (Santa’s Apprentice), Return to Nim’s Island, Anacondas - the Hunt for the Blood Orchid, TV series Rescue - Special Ops, Batman - the Animated Series, Tracey McBean, and documentary series Life@ and The National Geographic Channel Series Taboo. Her portfolio spreads across hundreds of hours of music and is in circulation in over 200 countries.
